Discover the Wheel of Consent®
A live two-hour online introduction
The Whhel of Consnet Information event
With Sian Johnson, Certified Wheel of Consent Trainer
Ideal if you're considering one of my weekend workshops or 8-week online courses and would like to experience the Wheel of Consent before committing.
Curious about the Wheel of Consent®?

Perhaps you've heard people talking about it.

Maybe a friend recommended it.

Or perhaps you've found yourself wondering why it's so difficult to ask for what you want, say no without guilt or understand the difference between giving and receiving.

The Wheel of Consent®, created by Dr Betty Martin, offers a simple but profound way of exploring those questions.

This two-hour online introduction is a chance to experience the work for yourself before deciding whether you'd like to explore it more deeply.

No previous experience is needed.

During the workshop you'll:

✓ Discover what the Wheel of Consent® actually is (and why so many people describe it as life changing).

✓ Learn the principles of embodied consent and how they apply far beyond intimacy and relationships.

✓ Experience some simple exercises that introduce the practice.

✓ Understand the difference between desire, willingness and agreement.

Ask questions about the Wheel of Consent and Sian's longer workshops and courses.

Is this for me?

This introduction is suitable for complete beginners, as well as anyone considering one of Sian's longer Wheel of Consent trainings.

You'll be welcome whether you're single, partnered, a practitioner, or simply interested in building healthier relationships with yourself and others.

The session is facilitated in a trauma-informed way, and participation is always by choice.

Diversity

All genders, sexualities and relationship styles are welcome, including trans and non-binary participants.
