Working in this field for nearly a decade has been an ongoing learning journey, and even lots of training didn’t prepare me for the nuts and bolts and day to day reality of doing the work. Most of us in this industry are solopreneurs, so it can be helpful to have an hour just for you with someone like me, to provide a listening ear and supportive advice to help you over the humps. I not only bring my experience in the sexuality industry, as a coach and psychotherapist, I am well placed to support you without judgement.

Terms & Conditions
“Referee” – that’s you, the person recommending, suggesting or referring an individual or couple to me.
“Client” – that’s the individual person or the couple you are referring to me to engage with my services.
“Coach” – that’s me, Sian Johnson, Sex Coach for Men.
“Start Date” – the date when the electronic communication is sent referring a Client which must include their full name and email address.
Consent is more than simply “yes” and “no”, because interactions between people are never that simple, we are far too interesting and complex for that!
General Terms
1.1 This Agreement is between you the Referee and me as the Coach.
1.2 Through this Agreement, I commit to pay a referral fee to the Referee for any client that they bring to the me that uses my paid for services.
1.3 To qualify for commission, the Referee communicates to me via email, or the form on this page, the name and contact detail of the potential client
1.4 If I am unable to take on the potential Client for any reason, I will contact the Referee to let them know so the Referee can give the Client the option to be referred elsewhere. In this situation the Referee will not be paid a referral fee.
1.5 It is the Referee’s responsibility to ensure I have received messages or emails pertaining to the referral of a Client. When I see written referrals and communications, I will reply in writing to inform the Referee that communication has been received.

General Terms
1.1 This Agreement is between you the Referee and me as the Coach.
1.2 Through this Agreement, I commit to pay a referral fee to the Referee for any client that they bring to the me that uses my paid for services.
1.3 To qualify for commission, the Referee communicates to me via email, or the form on this page, the name and contact detail of the potential client
1.4 If I am unable to take on the potential Client for any reason, I will contact the Referee to let them know so the Referee can give the Client the option to be referred elsewhere. In this situation the Referee will not be paid a referral fee.
1.5 It is the Referee’s responsibility to ensure I have received messages or emails pertaining to the referral of a Client. When I see written referrals and communications, I will reply in writing to inform the Referee that communication has been received.
Length of agreement
2.1 This agreement begins on the date that the Client that is referred as identified at the top of this form or bt email. Each new Client has a new start date.
2.2 This Agreement is valid for as long as the Referee continues to refer Clients and until the time that I decide to no longer offer a commission on referral.This is what makes consent so exciting. If we can work through our shyness of talking about our wants and desires, of trusting that neither you or your partner(s) are weird and that you can talk about this stuff, consent can be very fun and very sexy!
Payment Terms
3.1 If the Client informs me of the name of the referee after services have already begun then the terms of this Agreement no longer apply, and the Referee will not be paid a referral fee.
3.2 I will pay the Referee 10% or 20% of the total amount that the Client pays in fees.
3.3 Payment will be made at the completion of the services provided to the client.
3.4 If the Client or the I cancels services that has been paid for, and the Client requests a partial refund, I will pay 10% or 20% of the amount that I have received for all sessions completed, depending on which service.
3.5 I will inform the Referee within 72 hours of the Client completing their service with me and I will inform the Referee of the amount owed to the Referee.
3.6 Payments to the Referee will be made by bank transfer to a UK account in GBP. International payments will be made by PayPal using the friends and family option in GBP.
3.7 Payments to the Referee will be made within 72 hours of the Referee communicating the Referee’s bank details, excluding public holidays and weekends which do not count towards the 72 hours.
3.8 Payment is for each Client referred to me by the Referee.
3.9 The Referee agrees to provide a tax appropriate receipt for commission paid within 5 working days of receipt of payment.

the Referee has to contact me stating the name of the Client. ‘Initial contact’ means any exchange via email, video call, this online form, or other medium up to and before the time they make payment and commence services.
If I am not made aware that the Client is a referral before the Client makes payment, then no referral fee will be paid.
4.2 The Referrer will be paid commission for the initial service that the client books and pays for. If, after completing the initial service, the client goes on to book any other product or service from me, the Referee will not receive commission on these new services.
4.3 If the Client refers another person, they are not considered a referral of the Referee and not subject to the terms of this Agreement.
4.4 If the Client has already been in contact, in any way, with me regarding any service I offer, then neither the Client, the Referee or services provided are subject to the terms Agreement.
4.1 To be a Client for which I will pay a referral fee;

Cancellation of agreement
5.1 The last day of this Agreement is when the client ends their service. The Referee can choose to cancel it at anytime in writing to sian@sianjohnson.com.
I may withdraw the opportunity to refer and receive commission at anytime, but any referrals made before the date of withdrawal will be honoured.
Acceptance of terms
If you as the Referee accepts these terms, you must confirm your agreement by ticking the box on the referral form.
5.1 The last day of this Agreement is when the client ends their service. The Referee can choose to cancel it at anytime in writing to sian@sianjohnson.com.
