I’m Sian Johnson, a Sexologist, Certified Sexological Bodyworker, and Men’s Sex Coach based in Leeds, West Yorkshire and working with clients worldwide.

My mission is simple: to bring pleasure as a catalyst for transformation, helping men and individuals reconnect with their bodies, reclaim confidence, and experience authentic, lasting freedom in intimacy and self-expression.

From Burnout to Awakening
After raising two amazing children and building successful careers in the arts, marketing, and community leadership, I reached a crossroads in midlife. Despite outer success, I felt a deep call for change; in work, relationships, and sexuality.

Through Tantra, Somatic Sexology, and The Wheel of Consent, I began a personal journey of healing and awakening. What started as my own transformation became a calling to help others — especially men — experience the same liberation and growth.

Today, I combine nearly a decade of experience in sex coaching, therapy, and embodiment education to help clients overcome performance anxiety, premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, shame, and disconnection from pleasure.

A Unique Feminine Perspective
Although I specialise in working with men, my feminine lens brings balance and safety to this work. I blend qualities of confidentiality, compassion, and nurture with a fierce love for mature masculinity and authentic leadership.
Every man’s journey is unique, whether your goal is to build confidence, deepen intimacy, or reconnect with your body’s wisdom, I meet you where you are.

I believe in men: in their quiet battles, their resilience, and their desire to be better.

I believe that when men heal, they lead from wholeness, and the world becomes safer, stronger, and more deeply connected.

I stand for a global movement of men moving beyond the binds of patriarchy, reclaiming their confidence, and their personal and sexual freedom.

I support men to deepen their intimacy, transform their relationship with pleasure; to live with integrity, presence, and purpose.

And I do this through grounded guidance, embodied pleasure and transformational coaching, I walk with men to shed what no longer serves them and rise into the man they were always meant to be.

My Beliefs Shape How I WorkI hold a sex-positive, inclusive, and trauma-informed approach. My practice welcomes men, women, gender-diverse, and non-binary individuals.

I support conscious kink, ethical non-monogamy, and authentic expression, always rooted in consent, curiosity, and integrity.

As a pleasure Catalyst, I'm also a part of a global movement of men and practitioners awakening to true leadership, using pleasure as a catalyst for sexual and personal transformation. This movement inspires my work every day, reminding us that healing and empowerment are not just personal, but collective.

In our sessions, you’ll learn to move out of your head, trust your body’s wisdom, and cultivate a confident, embodied presence that ripples into every area of your life.
