What can I expect from my first session?
Once you have had your initial Consultation Call, you are invited to book your first online or in-person session. I will take this time to discuss your background, understand your goals, and outline a personalised approach to address your unique needs.
How are sessions structured?
Each session is customised to you or your relationship, integrating practical techniques, therapeutic exercises, and Tantric Touch practices that are effective both individually and in partnership.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, I provide secure, private online sessions, allowing you to work together from the comfort of your own space. Each session can be recorded if you choose, which you can download for your own personal use after the call.
How long does sex therapy last?
This depends largely on where you are now, what your goals are for the future, and your commitment to the home practice in between sessions. Some people need only a few sessions, some need 12 months or more. Most people have what we call blocks to pleasure or sexual traumas, and these can take longer for some people to overcome than others. There is no right or wrong, and there is no going around these; there is only through and onwards if you want to achieve your goals.
How often should I/we have sex therapy?
Once every 10 to 14 days is around the right time for you to integrate what you have experienced in each session with enough time to practice new techniques in between.

Will I be required to practise techniques live in person, or during virtual sessions?
No, all sessions are talk-based with access to online videos, audio, and written resources tailored to your needs. Occasionally, being witnessed in pleasure can be a helpful practice, but this is not right for everyone and would only be recommended where appropriate and once therapy is well underway, and with full consent of all participants.
What’s your success rate?
With men and couples who commit fully to the process of therapy, the home practices in between sessions and keep going when the going gets tough, my success rate is 100%.
