In this
two-day, in-person workshop, we’ll dive into
Boundaries, Desires, and the Power of Choice through the transformative lens of the
Wheel of Consent, a framework developed by Dr. Betty Martin.
Led by
Sian Johnson, Certified Wheel of Consent Trainer, Sexological Bodyworker, and Psychotherapist, this 16-hour immersion offers a rich, experiential opportunity to deepen your understanding of consent, clarify your boundaries, and reconnect with your authentic desires.

About the WorkshopThis weekend is an invitation to slow down, notice what feels true for you, and discover the freedom that comes from clear and conscious choice.
Through guided exercises, reflection, and embodied practice (all touch-based work is optional and fully consent-based), you’ll explore how to give and receive with awareness, and how to communicate your boundaries and desires with confidence and care.
Held in a
trauma-informed, inclusive, and supportive environment, this workshop offers both structure and spaciousness for curiosity, learning, and connection.
Open to
beginners and experienced Wheel of Consent practitioners alike.

Workshop OutlineDay 1 – Foundations: Boundaries and Awareness- Opening circle and creating a safe container
- Waking up the hands: learning through touch and sensation
- The practice of noticing: want, willingness, and limits
- Why choosing matters more than doing
- Introduction to the Four Quadrants of the Wheel: Take, Allow, Serve, Accept
Day 2 – Desire, Power, and Integration- Deepening into the Quadrants through practice and play
- The 3-Minute Game: learning to ask, offer, and receive
- Exploring power, privilege, and consent
- Integrating the Wheel into daily life and relationships
- Closing circle and reflection

Meet the Team:Sian Johnson (she, her):Sian discovered The Wheel of Consent in 2018, and it revolutionised her approach to her work with men as a masseuse and sex coach. More importantly, it profoundly impacted her personal relationships, creating more understanding and grace. Sian passionately believes in the potential of The Wheel of Consent to not only enhance individual relationships but also to create a positive ripple effect out into the wider world. She brings a down-to-earth, participant-led approach to her teachings, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees. As a white, native English-speaking woman who identifies as hard of hearing, neurodiverse and queer, Sian is committed to working through her own blind spots and actively welcomes participants who are often underrepresented in workshop spaces.
