the HISTORY
THE SENSARA METHOD
What the Sensara Method helps to solve
This work is not for everyone.
It is most relevant if you are already:
  • working with clients in coaching, therapy, bodywork or facilitation
  • experienced in somatic, relational or personal development
  • noticing the edge when working with men

You may recognise:
  • a sense there is more available in your work with men
  • uncertainty around boundaries, safety, or appropriateness
  • a lack of structure when sexuality or intimacy arises
  • a desire to work at greater depth — but not at the cost of your integrity

There is a growing demand that most practitioners are not trained to meet.
Men are actively seeking support with:
• intimacy
• sexuality
• emotional connection
• relational confidence

But what they need goes beyond:
• talk-based coaching
• mindset work
• or theory alone
They need embodied, relational, real-world support.

And many practitioners can feel that, but don’t yet have:
• a clear framework
• the right training
• or the confidence to work in this area safely
